Q. I need my SportsBasket in a hurry! How long will it take to receive it?
A. A. All orders are processed immediately! Baskets will almost always ship out within 1-2 business days, and should be received within 7-10 business days from time the time your order was placed.
Q. When will my SportsBasket be shipped?
A. Depending on your location, we may use either UPS, FedEX or USPS Priority Mail.
Q. Why will some of the SportsBaskets include a McFarlane Figure, and some a BobbleHead Collectible?
A. Since we specialize in limited edition collectibles, specific items may not be available for every team. Therefore, items for your SportsBasket will be chosen based on availability.
Q. I am looking for a particular player to be included in my SportsBasket. Will you take special requests for any items?
A. We will make every effort to accommodate any special requests. However, due to the limited nature of the products we offer, we cannot guarantee any special requests.
